Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Shipping Carriers: USPS and UPS
Delivery Estimates: 2–4 business days after shipping
We don’t offer guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or weather — thanks for your patience.

3. Returns & Refunds
We don’t offer returns or refunds on custom boxes or mistaken apparel sizes.
However, if we send you the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@bullpenoriginals.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
All sales are final unless the error is on our end.

5. Customization & Content
Our boxes are built for ballplayers — but we reserve the right to deny any label text or artwork we deem offensive, inappropriate, or in conflict with our brand values.
Color selections are based on available materials and may vary slightly from digital previews.

We collect basic info (like your email) to process orders and send the occasional update. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
