How to Use

1. Start with clean, dry skin (avoid lotion/sunscreen where you’ll apply).

2. Twist up 2–3 mm and swipe under eyes, or press on a BULLPEN Reverse Stencil, fill, and peel.

3. Let set 10–15 seconds. Game on.

Removal
Wipe with a makeup remover or oil-based wipe, then wash with mild soap and water.
